Hi, I'm Liv - the face and Registered Nurse behind Hopebridge Nursing. With a background in rest home, palliative and emergency nursing I bring a passion for delivering community based care to individuals with complex health needs including those supported by NDIS.

Hopebridge nursing and community intensive care was born from my belief that family extends beyond the home - it grows from community. I understand the daily challenges faced by individuals living with serious health conditions and the demands of intensive care needs. I am also a mother and have seen and experienced those who require not just healthcare but compassion in need.
